The project form asks for a name, email address and a description of the project. A topic is optional. These details are used to review the enquiry and respond to it. Please do not include sensitive information in an initial message.
How an enquiry is handled.
The form passes the message to the website’s configured mail service and studio inbox. The theme does not maintain a separate public enquiry database. Messages may remain in the recipient’s email system and any delivery logs maintained by the hosting or mail provider.
Technical operation.
The server may record technical request information as part of hosting and security operations. The form uses a temporary rate-limit marker derived from the connection address to limit repeated submissions. That marker is stored briefly and is not used for advertising.
Local preferences.
A Motion preference can be saved in your browser’s local storage. The theme does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics or remote font services by default. Administrator sign-in and separately installed services may use their own cookies or storage.

Use the contact page to ask about information shared through the form, request a correction or discuss removal of an enquiry. Do not send account passwords. The applicable handling depends on the operator, hosting and services used for this website.

External links lead to services with their own privacy practices. If additional analytics, embeds, forms or other integrations are installed, their processing must be described by the site operator.
