Website information.
This website introduces BLACKSTARS and its approach to design and technology. Its material is provided for general information. Content may be updated as the practice and its work develop.
Concept work.
Projects marked Concept exploration are self-initiated studies. They do not imply a client relationship, a deployed service, a commercial result or a completed commission. Cosmic graphics are artistic interpretations rather than scientific simulations.
Enquiries and project agreements.
Sending a project brief starts a conversation. It does not create a project contract, reserve availability or confirm a price or delivery date. The scope, ownership, responsibilities and commercial terms of commissioned work are agreed separately.
Creative materials.
Artwork, written content and visual identity should not be represented as someone else’s work. Permissions for using commissioned deliverables or other materials are addressed in the relevant agreement or licence. Third-party components retain their applicable licences.
Responsible use.
Use the contact form for genuine enquiries. Do not send malicious files, attempt to disrupt the service or include information you are not entitled to share. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and their content is controlled by their operators.
Questions.
If you have a question about material on this website or a proposed use, contact the studio before proceeding.
